Coordinate service operations and support our projects

Are you interested in taking a central role in managing service agreements and providing support for our projects during the tender phase? Join our global Service organization as a Site Manager, where you will work closely with sales, project managers, service installation resources, and warehouse departments. This exciting opportunity involves working at our office in Karlskrona as well as on-site in Sweden and abroad. You will have product liability towards customers in product sales and documentation compilation.

Manage service processes and promote project efficiency

As a Site Manager, you will manage our ongoing service agreements, ensuring the warranty and repair needs of our cable systems are met efficiently. You will oversee that tasks are well scheduled, attend customer meetings, and establish guidelines for on-site activities.

Your key responsibilities will also include:

• Overall responsibility at site, with strong emphasis on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
• Timely planning of tasks and responsibilities
• Providing routines and procedures for site work
• Managing and participating in Service Operations process work
• Participate and give input to the design phase of our products from a service perspective in cooperation with NKT's Technical department.
• Create documentation

This role requires international travel (20-30%) and is based in Karlskrona.

Structured and result-oriented communicator

We are looking for a qualified and performance-oriented Site Manager with a strategic mindset. Your approach to work is well-structured, allowing you to accomplish set targets effectively. Proficient documentation skills and the capacity to meet deadlines while maintaining quality are essential. Experience in installation and operations onshore/offshore, experience from civil construction work, and contractual formats.

Additionally, your CV includes:

• Relevant work experience from service, installation, or after sale within onshore and/or offshore
• Acquired knowledge in electrical or mechanical engineering, through previous experience or education
• Technical documentation knowledge
